Perla Bianca
his natural sparkling wine is produced by the charmat method brut. 12.5 % vol.alc. The rich sparkling and the multitude of fine bubbles in the glass stimulate the visual senses and invite us to taste it. Thanks to the applied secondary fermentation of the charmat method a characteristic aroma of the Istrian Malvasia prevails in the tank that resembles citrus fruits and acacia flowers. Fresh and fluttering in taste and on the other side full-bodied; unpretentious but capable to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Le Divine
Le Divine – a unique blend of 60% Sauvignon and 40% Istrian Malvasia. This powerful and rich wine was created almost by accident, when in 2020, excess Sauvignon was left in the cellar. The wine was aged for six months in wooden barrels, then a year in the bottle. Le Divine enchants with its minerality and subtle touch of the barrel, while its delicate aroma reveals notes of grapefruit, lime and vineyard peach. Its harmonious body is not overly pronounced, but elegantly glides down the throat, providing a refined wine experience. It is bottled in 1.5 liter bottles, symbolizing the monumentality of the Arena in Pula, which is also found on the label designed by Studio Tumpić&Prenc. The inspiration for the label comes from the Istrian legend of the builder fairies – powerful beings who stacked stones from Učka at night, creating a magnificent structure. When the first rooster crowed, the fairies had to leave, leaving the Arena unfinished. Later, they reached Vižinada and helped build the picturesque village of Narduči.
